الرسوم والتوصيل

** يتم تسليم الطلبات يومياً لشركة التوصيل..

يحتاج طلبك من 24-72 ساعة ليصلك

يمكنك تحديد الوقت المناسب للإستلام من خلال تعبئة حقل الملاحظات عند اتمام الطلب او من خلال التواصل مع خدمة العملاء مباشرة عبر واتساب أو ماسنجر أو تلجرام أو مكالمة هاتفية.

رسوم التوصيل 2 دينار داخل عمان و 3 دنانير لكل المناطق

سياسة الاستبدال والارجاع

** يشترط لإستبدال أو إرجاع (المنتج/الطلب) أن يكون بحالته الأصلية، دون فتح أو كسر أو تلف أو مزع، خلال فترة لا تزيد عن يومين من تاريخ إستلام العميل للطلب.

[ بعد عودة الطلب لقسم المعاينة للمتجر، والتأكد من سلامة (المنتج/الطلب)، يتم إرجاع إجمالي قيمة الطلب للعميل مخصوم منه رسوم التوصيل والجلب ]

** يمكن إستبدال أو إرجاع (المنتج/الطلب) في حال تبيّن وجود خلل أو عيب مصنعي، خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 4 أيام من تاريخ إستلام العميل للطلب.

بعد عودة الطلب لقسم المعاينة للمتجر، وتم التأكد من الخلل المصنعي، يتم إستبدال المنتج بواحد جديد أو إرجاع إجمالي قيمة الطلب للعميل، دون تكليف العميل بأي رسوم إضافية ]

[ وفي حال تبيّن عدم وجود خلل مصنعي بعد المعاينة، يتم إرجاع المنتج للعميل مع إلتزام العميل بدفع رسوم التوصيل والجلب ]

** هناك ضمان أصالة لجميع المنتجات التي يوفرها متجر [ T-STORE ]، ويلتزم المتجر بإرجاع المنتج دون قيد او شرط، وإسترداد مبلغ الطلب كاملاً للعميل في حال ثبوت عدم أصالة المنتج المُستلم.

Delivery & Fees

** Orders are delivered daily to the delivery company.

Your order will take 24-72 hours to arrive you.

You can specify a convenient pickup time by filling out the notes field upon order completion,or by contacting customer service directly via WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, or a phone call.

** Delivery fees are 2 dinars within Amman and 3 dinars for all areas.

Exchange & Return Policy

** To exchange or return a (product/order), it must be in its original condition, unopened, unbroken, damaged, or tampered with, within a period not exceeding two days from the date the customer receives the order.

[After the order is returned to the store's inspection department and the integrity of the (product/order) is verified, the total order value will be returned to the customer, less the delivery and pickup fees.]

** A (product/order) may be exchanged or returned if a manufacturing defect is found, within a period not exceeding 4 days from the date the customer receives the order.

[After the order is returned to the store's inspection department and a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced with a new one or the total order value will be returned to the customer, without incurring any additional fees.]

[If it is determined that there is no manufacturing defect after inspection, the product will be returned to the customer, with the customer obligated to pay the delivery and pickup fees.]

** There is an authenticity guarantee for all products offered by [T-STORE]. The store is committed to returning the product unconditionally and refunding the customer the full order amount if the product received is proven to be inauthentic.
